As of

Every payload, rocket body and piece of debris the public space catalogue still lists in orbit, each with a page of its own and a link to its source record. Flights that have ended are in the re-entry register.

Legilux

Published by 303 Overwatch A.S.B.L from the CelesTrak catalogue, so that an operator can check what the public record holds on its own fleet. Accredited by the Luxembourg Ministry of National Education.

Lowest-flying objects at build

The lowest-flying objects are those with the lowest perigee in the catalogue at the time of the build. That is a reading of the catalogue, not a re-entry prediction.

Where this comes from

The rows are the CelesTrak satellite catalogue (SATCAT), file satcat.csv, maintained by CelesTrak. Upstream: US Space Force data published on Space-Track.org. Owner and launch site names are CelesTrak's own code tables. Space-Track.org's user agreement records US Space Command's blanket approval to redistribute basic space situational awareness data on condition of appropriate citation, which every page here gives; CelesTrak's usage policy states no redistribution terms. The source and build date of every reference page are listed on the reference page.

Orbit class

CelesTrak classes, computed at build from period, apogee and perigee. LEO: period under 128 minutes and eccentricity under 0.25. MEO: period 600 to 800 minutes and eccentricity under 0.25. GEO: 0.99 to 1.01 revolutions a day and eccentricity under 0.01. HEO: eccentricity over 0.25. Any other Earth orbit is Other. Objects orbiting another body are Beyond Earth; objects docked to another are Docked.

Status

Status is the catalogue's operational status code as published, with its CelesTrak meaning: operational, non-operational, partially operational, backup or standby, spare, extended mission, or unknown where no code is given. It is a catalogue field, not a statement by the operator.

Owner names

Four owner codes in the catalogue (SVK, JOR, KWT, UGA) are not on CelesTrak's sources page; their names are the ISO 3166 country names.

What this is not

This directory carries no positions and makes no predictions. It is for reference, not for operational decisions such as collision avoidance, which need a conjunction assessment service and the operator's own ephemerides.

If one of these objects is yours

When it is flown from the EU, its ground segment falls within NIS2, which brings the duty to exercise your security measures and assess their effectiveness. 303 Overwatch runs a no-fee working session that helps your team build that exercise programme around the systems that fly it, and accredited SCOR training for the people who run them.
